Refund policy

At Moment Keys, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

If you receive the wrong product or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a free exchange, your request must include clear photos of the item received and your order details.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange the exchange at no additional cost.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
